Horus Green
Farm management, reimagined
Horus Green brings every palm, irrigation round, task and riyal of your farms into one record — in Arabic and English, in the office and out in the field, even without signal.
The platform
Replace notebooks, group chats and spreadsheets with one record of the work — the trees, the water, the people and the money, on the same screens.
The whole business on one screen
Trees by status, this week’s field work, thirsty blocks, open health cases and founding progress — and a list of what needs attention today.
Real Horus Green screens, shown with demonstration data.
Features
Not a spreadsheet with a login. Each module is shaped by a decision real farms make every day.
Tree register
Scan the tag tied to the trunk to record what was done, change its status or report a problem with a photo. A case stays open until somebody closes it.
Learn more: Every palm has a record — and a QR tag

Irrigation
Record the network — pumps, wells, tanks, filters, valves, mains, submains and laterals — then run each day’s rounds and see the week ahead.
Learn more: Water planned by tree age, rounds run by the valve
Field day
Supervisors see today grouped by farm. Done, partly done with the minutes still needed, or not started with a reason — and tomorrow is planned from the answer.
Learn more: The day’s work, reported where it happensFarms
Build a farm stage by stage with the cost of each stage, or run a farm that is already producing. Divide it into blocks, draw them on the map, plant them row by row.
Learn more: Founding farms and running farms, each with its own tabsFinancials & reports
Contracts, invoices, payments and sales post to a single ledger, so the farm screen and the finance screen always agree. A correction is a reversing entry, never an edit.
Learn more: Every figure from one ledger
Roles & portals
Admins, managers, supervisors, field workers, legal, farm owners and owner companies each get the product their role needs. Permissions can be adjusted person by person.

The farm, mapped
In Horus Green a farm is divided into blocks, drawn to scale, and every tree, valve and job belongs to one. Select a block to see the kind of record it carries.
An illustrative sample farm. In the app, blocks are drawn on your own farm’s satellite map.

Why it matters
The day’s work fans out on its own — into stores, into the financials, into each tree’s history. Nothing is typed twice, so nothing disagrees.
At the edge of a field the phone keeps the entry and says so. It sends itself when the signal returns, and an entry sent twice is recorded once.
A re-check books itself, a round warns before it ends, and a document that is about to lapse raises its own notification.
Farm by farm, and separately for costs. Clients follow their farms in a read-only portal instead of waiting for a report by email.
Solutions
One platform, with a different product for each role in it.
Run many farms for many owners from one account, with supervisors and field teams assigned farm by farm.
Build a farm stage by stage — feasibility, survey, roads, well, reservoir, irrigation network, windbreaks — with the cost of every stage and what the owner may see of it.
Follow your farms without asking for an update: the map, the trees, the documents and — if it is shared with you — the money.
The day on a phone in one hand: what is waiting, which block it is in, and a tag to scan when it is done.
How it works
Set up
Add a farm, divide it into blocks and plant them row by row — or import your register from CSV. Print a QR tag for every tree.
Plan
Start from the standard date-palm year, adjust it to your farm, set irrigation by tree age, and generate the dated work.
Run
Supervisors report each job as done, partly done or not started. Workers scan a tag to record what they did — with or without signal.
Decide
The dashboard, the health board, 12 reports and the financials all read the same record — and owners see their share of it in their portal.
About Horus Green
Horus Green is farm management software for date-palm operations in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf — from a farm being established to a grove in full production. These are the decisions underneath it.
Each organisation is isolated in the application and again in the database, with PostgreSQL row-level security under a role that cannot bypass it.
The menu is built from what each person may do, so nobody is shown a screen that would refuse them.
An activity log shows who changed what, field by field. Deleted records go to a recycle bin first.
Money is reversed rather than rewritten, so the trail of what was believed and when survives.
Every screen in Arabic and English, fully right-to-left — and exports that open in Excel with the Arabic intact.
Stream credentials are stored encrypted and played through the platform, never sent to a browser.
Get started
See Horus Green with your own farms in mind. Tell us how many you run and what you grow, and we will walk you through it — in Arabic or English.
